Internet

A dedicated high-speed Internet connection is recommended for software support purposes (whereby we will access your desktops via Citrix/Expertcity’s GoToMyAssist)

Remote Access Omni7® can be accessed remotely via Citrix/Terminal Server, Carbon Copy/ pcANYWHERE or Omni7® Remote Database software (subject to proper licensing).
Printing Laser print capability with PCL5 emulation or above.
Faxing A Windows compliant fax software package, network version with dedicated phone line.
Emailing A "Simple MAPI Compliant" Email software facility (e.g. Microsoft Outlook)
